This agency is a ripoff. i went to her to start a acting carreer and she has not helped. i paid the conseltation fee and then right away she started talking about more money. she wanted 5hundred and 85 dollars and then another 615 for the photo shoot. i didnt pay the 5 and 6 hundred dollars, she called me a couple weeks later and she said that she had a job for me and that i needed to pay 300 dollars to go to the audition.
i told her that i did not have that kind of money and she said that she would see what she could do to help me and then i never herd back from her so she got away with 110 from me and i am mad. linda weaver is a con man that needs to be stopped before she takes advantage of more innocent people

There is a cost for marketing tools such as headshots, audio reels, searchable website presence just as there is with any other business. This person was not willing to pay what is needed to be professionally presented to our hiring clients. LeModeln has helped hundreds of aspiring actors and models during our 30 years in business. Some of the projects we have worked on include "The Shawshank Redemption," "Men in Black II," "Minority Report," "Sopranos","LAW AND ORDER" and hundreds of commercials, print ads, industrial videos, and other projects.
Yes, we do charge $89.95 for a one-hour consultation and $29.95 for a head shot only if we feel you are marketable for our agency.We are upfront about that. We do not charge for representation. We do charge for head shots and resumes in our book and our website, but we do not charge for auditions ever or for our constant efforts to find paid work for our signed clients. We do charge a 20% commission on jobs we secure for our talent. We do NOT invest cash or marketing tools up front in our clients' careers. It costs money to print 8x10 headshots We charge one dollar to print an 8x10 and are needed to send out to our clients that require an 8x10 of our models and talent. We do not bear those charges ourselves the marketing tools are the Models’ and Talents’ responsibility Marketing tools are essential and our cost is more than fair--much less than larger agencies in major cities charge.
The $300 this reviewer complains about is not a signing fee. We do not require any amount to be represented by our agency. We offered marketing tools and services that no other agency has available. Our web site service is a cost that not optional; it is the way we market our talent in the least time-consuming way to our hiring clients who book our talent. Everyone is showcased, no one is ever excluded, giving all of those we represent a fair chance.
Now, we are accused of being scammers and rip-offs. NO. WE ARE NOT! We are a legitimate talent agency with a long record of success, 5-star reviews, happy clients, and happy production companies we have supplied with talent.
This reviewer does a disservice not only to LeModeln, but also to every aspiring model and actor from Cleveland to Pittsburgh and all points in between who would otherwise have no opportunities to launch their careers without moving to L.A. or New York.
