General Manager of Leisure World KEVIN FLANNERY steals $2.62 million dollars from the federal government's PPP loan and then has it forgiven in June 2021. When asked Kevin Flannery "Has any employee lost their job due to the Covid Pandemic?" His response is "No employee has lost their job." Leisure World of Maryland was never qualified to obtain this loan in 2020 to begin with because no employee has lost their job.
This is a large senior community of about 8000 residents mostly retired who pay monthly fees to keep employees on the payroll. Kevin Flannery's actions are a disservice to the American taxpayer. Perhaps Kevin Flannery benefited financially from this $2.62M windfall. It can't be proven but it's likely to be the case. Flannery has been a corrupt GM since he got the position around 2004.
