They scammed me out of my money, after my father had died. I paid them for the cremation service. I live in maine and the body was in boston. So i paid them, every penny i had. They told me to wait at my house in maine because the ashes wouldn't just be left at the door. So for 5 days i waited until my wife checked the mail. My father was in the po box the whole time. The worst part of it is the death certificate, i have an aunt that was trying to be sneaky around my back. She needed the death certificate, and had no right to it. I was the sole air. I paid them for 2, they said it would take 2 weeks. 5 days later i found out that they sent my aunt an electric copy. Its now been 4 months, and i cant finish the things i need to because they wont send me the death certificate. I told them i still have the reciept and the emails, i told them this was causing so much pain and suffering and when i said that, they stopped responding. I wish we lived in a world were people couldn't get away with that. Here i am in so much pain, and these people are hurting me. To anyone going to this company first id like to say sorry for your loss, i know its tough. Second if you can spend more somewhere else. This place took advantage of me. I have found out that they do this to alot of people.
