Do NOT use this Company & Do NOT become an affiliate with them! Do yourself a huge favor and go elsewhere, unless of course you enjoy unprofessional customer service and waiting for your leggings for nearly 3 weeks. If you choose to become an affiliate good luck. You will have very limited selection of inventory as they sell to their higher up affiliates first, essentially leaving nothing for the newbies and the Corporate Team page they have for advice, stock photos & help is run by an Erika Weaver who is full of drama and downright rude to everyone she encounters. All in all, this company most likely won't last much longer with their poor customer service.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN CUSTOMER SERVICE of Legging Army! My mom purchased me leggings for Christmas. We are first time buyers. The pants came with a hole in the butt that wasn't noticed until I put them on. (ie - I removed and threw out the tags.) A half hour after I put them on my mom noticed a hole in the butt. We reached out for a replacement, not even a refund and got a big fat NO. I went to their facebook page and wrote a review... (literally the above text) and they said they don't issue refunds due to threats and blocked me! Looks like it's back to LuLaRoe as they have common sense when dealing with customers. It's worth the $9 extra dollars. This review is going EVERYWHERE #leggingarmy or should I call you #ripoffarmy.
I have purchased multiple leggings from this company to the tune of $16-$18 a pop. Shoot I even became a "direct sales affiliate" for $5 just for the discount. At first glance, the leggings had great patterns. I ordered one pair to see the quality and I liked it. It's so hard to find good quality leggings. I took into consideration that they weren't an old company. They are a teenager company, if you will. I expected hiccups. But nothing like this. I went to put on a pair of leggings I only wore once. ONCE. I didn't play football in these, I didn't sit on concrete, I didn't toboggan down a cement slide. Nothing. I put these pants on and there were holes galore, and the fabric at the seams all but fell apart. I hadn't even washed them yet, because it was advised to hand wash and I wanted to get one more wear out of them. I contacted support. Nothing. Contacted them on the official Facebook page. Wouldn't you know it? My post was deleted and an admin on the site messages me. She claims to have given me a $5 credit on my account and by this time, I'd already ordered several more pairs. The credit never showed up despite emailing again, I've had two more pairs of leggings fall apart on me and they won't exchange them. If you complain on the Facebook page, it gets deleted immediately. Customer service is AWFUL and they have zero returns or exchanges, despite what they may say. Several people have told me this happened to them, and no longer will I buy from this company.
