I got the adjustable base from mattress frame last year October . Once I tried to assemble the base I found that is missing a small part. I had been contact Legget & Platt for the missing part, but they just don’t do it correctly. Send the wrong part again and again.
Even the they called technician to come to my house in December, but not even have the technician have the correct part to fix. A brand new base I get had never been working since the first day I got it. Now is been almost half year. And I also need to call +1 (877) 295-0816 at least once a week.
Ordered Leggett and Platt Premier adjustable bed base P-132 - split king msrp @ 5,300.00 (matress's are extra). Before ordering I verified it has both pulse & wave features on massage unit. All their literature shows show this unit coming with a 7" tablet. The units arrived with a remote control (not tablet) which only runs the basic massage - does NOT have the wave & pulse functions.
Contacted customer service was told they discontinued the tablet, replaced it with the sub-standard remote control we received - she futher stated that in order to get the wave/pulse functions I need to BUY 2 tablets, download their app. WTF
Bottom line - what I ordered ... I DID-NOT get - instead they want me to go purchase additionall gismo's (times 2) - at my own expense - to make their bed work.
This is bait-N-switch ..... on a very expensive bed base. All other adjustable beds that offer message/wave/pulse have remotes that include these functions ....
Then to add insult to injury - they forgot to install a cotter pin that holds a wheel & lock spacer onto metal frame. this Bed base was made & inspected in May of 2016.
