I placed in an order on the 8th and received a notice via email that my order was shipped on the 10th I waited until the15 and then I emailed as to the progress of my order and on the 16th when I received no response to my email – I called the 800 number and talked to “Edwin” he sounded somewhat confused. First he stated that my order was sent and then stated that he would re-send it with extra and then stated he needed to check. I provided him with my reference number and he said he had to go home and would call back in half an hour. I waited a full hour before calling the 800 number again. I reminded him he told me he was supposed to call back in half an hour and did not and he said he needed to check and put me on hold briefly. When he returned he said,” okay – it looks like the order came back so I can send it back to you or refund your money.” I told him I wished to have the order sent back to me and to please provide a tracking number so I can follow its progress. He agreed to do so. I thanked him and ended the phone call. I then sent an email to remind/confirm our conversation that he was to resend the order and to send me a tracking number. This occurred on 10/16/15 on or about 11:50 a.m. I waited till Monday to see if I received the tracking number with zero results. I tried to call several times and he has refused to answer the phone (1-800-267-9088 then had to dial 0 to speak with Edwin and these attempts only go to voice mail. I would now request a refund of my money. I attempted to call 646-982-5048 and received a message that the mail box was full and could not leave a voice mail. Their web page states available 24/7 and they do provide a tracking number both of these statements appear false. Mr. Edwin has also lied to me on 3 occasions: he would call me back in a half hour on Friday on or about 11am 10/16/15, that he would send me a tracking number and that he had even bothered to re-send the order much less fill it out. It does not appear that he is concerned with any aspect of basic customer service.
