This company first called and left me a voicemail stating that I had a package in the mail that couldn't get delivered and I needed to call back. I never did, obvious scam. Then a few days later they called me and said they were going to file a lawsuit against me in my state for an unpaid debt on a payday loan. I've never taken out a payday loan. Nothing on my credit report shows nothing and has never showed anything derogatory. I told them to not contact me again and they claim, "okay, were filing papers." DO NOT give them your personal information. They had my name and last 4 of my social which is very scary, but I refused to verify my address, email, etc. This debt is fake and they are scammers. Beware
This company is steeling identity's this company claimed they were going to garnish my husbands wages freeze our assets due to an unpaid cash advance. They were going to take legal action but they wanted us to settle over the phone to avoid being garnished for $650.00 They knew my husbands social security number and full name, and our Bank, But they claimed that our address was bad!! First red flag we have never had but one cash advance and we returned it the same day as we decided it wasn't for us!! Never ever have we received anything stating we owed such a thing!! This company is fraud and I told them that within 2 minutes of talking to them so be careful. They call claiming they have a package to deliver and your address is bad??? I have done took all necessary precautions and froze all accounts and credit bureaus have all been notified!! Something must be done with this so called company!! They got another thing coming if they think there going to steal and of my hard earned money!!!!!
