My mother has been planning her wedding for October since December of last year she found Legacy Hall in Voorhees Nj. In March of this year 2016, A woman named Danielle D'Aquilia was the woman at the hall to talk to my mom about venue options, choices, and prices. My mom decided it was a good choice so Danielle D'Aquilia did a contract up for my mom to do a deposit and then pay it off as soon as she knew her exact number of guest. Well probably around June Danielle asked for my mom to give more money so my mom did then Danielle called my mom in July saying that she didn't do the contract right and told my mom she needed to give full payment right now. Which makes no sense why would my mom need to pay for people she didn't even know if they were coming yet? So my mom said she could give her $750 more and that was it till she knew how many people were coming that came to a total of $2000.00 that my mom gave her and then 2 weeks later Danielle D'Aquilia stopped answering my moms calls and emails then my mom recieves a short email a couple days ago saying sorry to inform you Danielle D'Aquilia had to file for bankruptcy and you will no longer talk to her but her attorney but never listed an attorney.
