I spent over 300.00 updating the emergency lights on my POV on what I thought was a good deal. But when I received the products the rear sticks lights directional functions failed to work. The front visor lights had immediate issues out of the box with the flash patterns. I managed to get that issue resolved when I did the hardware installation. However the next day a module on the brand new visor light went out. I sent them an email and then less than an hour later another module went out. It’s been nearly a week and I have yet to get an email back from them and I have sent in multiple emails. You would think that with growing competition in this space that they would have better customer service. I’ll never use them for anything again.

Ordered Emergency Vehicle Lighting from them. LONG shipping time, and No tracking number. Had Immediate problem with product. Called them, but gave up after LONG hold time. Emailed them, but they never responded, and STILL haven't! Called again next day. LONG hold time, but spoke to a person, who said if I emailed them, they would get back to me by end of the day, as they hadn't read the emails yet.

They NEVER called or emailed. I called again the next day. LONG hold time. I explained to them this was for an Emergency Vehicle, that was Out of Service for this problem. He said that they would send replacement, and that it would be about 1 week!!!! I told him we couldn't have this EMERGENCY RESPONSE VEHICLE out of service for over a week, ( adding the 3 days due to their failure to respond!)

Their response ??? "OH WELL"! Our Agency will NEVER use them again, and we WILL let all other agencies know how they do business! Buyer Beware!

Website processed my order without approval. I only wanted a quote for price. Then it reloaded and sent out in. I emailed and called asap i got a response next day at 1045. Only words. It shipped sorry. I complained called. Nothing. Then later in day i called ups and checked they said they dropped it off at 330 to be shipped? ??? That means they knew i wanted it canceled but sent it later in day. No response on how to fix it. How to send it back. Just that 5 word email. This is theft. I showed them i didn't hit submit. The page reloaded and it sent it. I tried immediately after. I will sue the company. This is a 400 dollar item and I'll probably have to pay return shipping. I saved all emails etc.
