I purchased a 52 inch light bar along with two LED pods from this company & after a year, some of the lights on the light bar stopped working. At that time, I sent an email to the company asking them to contact me in reference to this issue. The parts came with a two year warranty & still should've been covered under it. After weeks of no contact via email, I tried contacting them by phone. The phone went directly to voicemail. As of April 13,2017, I have yet to make contact with this company & will never purchase anything from them again unless they are willing to reconcile this issue. The product has been great but the fact they won't answer customer issues has me completely disgusted.
I purchased a lighting package from LEDS 4 Less (bestledsforless.com) via an Instagram page advertisement. The site advertises a 14 day Satisfaction Guarantee as long as you contact them via email within the first 14 days. I have attempted to contact them via email, phone, social networking, and their own website since the day I received my order (11 days ago). I have been blocked from their social media, the phone (503-914-7250) goes directly to a full voicemail box, and multiple emails have gone completely unanswered. They also claim to back their products with a 2 year warranty. If they will not reply to an initial request for return and do not maintain a working phone number then how would you ever get a "warranty" replacement.
The products received were extremely low quality and do not appear to be well assembled. In fairness I have not installed nor tested the equipment as I did not want any reason to deny my return request. Little did I know i just wouldn't get an answer at all.
This company also operates under the names: Savage Lighting LEDs, Halo Kit Source (mkt.com/halo-kit-source), and Alpha Offroad (alphaoffroading.com). These sites and stores are also represented on Instagram and Facebook where they promote “Flash Sales”.
Any attempt to provide less than stellar feedback is quickly removed, blocked or suppressed so that they can keep an appearance of being reputable and/or reliable. Buyer Beware! I personally will not make another purchase from any online retailer that I can not reach via phone and speak to a live person.
I ordered a set of headlights and taillights from LEDS 4 Less online from one of their many social media ads and affiliate posts. The ad and confirmed $390 order was for two LED Jeep Wrangler Unlimited tail lights and two LED purple halo headlighs for the same Jeep.
The products shipped separately, and when I received the tail lights which were described as "Plug & Play," the passenger side did not play when plugged. I wrote an email immediately because there is no other way to contact this company. I did not receive an email for over a week. At this point I was nervous about the headlights before their arrival.
The headlights arrived with no instruction for install, but because we are savvy, we knew how to wire them anyway. Not only could we never get the purple halo to work, emails again were not responded to, and I quickly realized this wasn't the worst of my problems.
The first time I washed my Jeep, the entire passenger side lens fogged up and I learned these headlights arent even sealed. It took 3 days to evaporate in the Texas heat! I wrote the seller an email and this time he responded another 9 days later with the offer to send replacement tail light and head light. I received the tail light, but no headlights.
I have emailed several times and received no response or support. What's worse, the other tail light has now gone out within 60 days of being installed and I was forced to put my OEM lights back on to stay legal. I began reaching out on social media, as the seller can apparently find the time to post on social media all day long, but can't be bothered to read his emails or provide customer service. He blocked me and deleted my posts.
It's raining today and my headlight is completely fogged over and I'm honestly regretting "going cheap" on this one modification to my Jeep. If only I had bought a more reputable product from a more reputable seller. Even the same product -- these are cheap Chinese products sold by distributors all over the internet -- from a different seller would have been a better choice.
Buyers PLEASE beware. Don't be lured by the "Flash Sale" deal. Not only is it not a sale, not a flash sale, and not a deal at all... it's also a complete ripoff and theft of your money. I'll never get a solution from this seller!
