Leclaire Enterprises called me one morning asking me if I was interested in selling my property. I had been in communication with an investor about my property and was interested in other offers so i agreed to meet. Jaime came to my home seemed very nice and up front. I was transparent with her regarding everything that was going on with my property. She assured me she could beat the previous offer I had already and that i should sell to her company which is a "real company" and how other guys out here arent true to their word etc.
I completed all the leg work she asked of me and then the very last day for me to sell and not lose my property i hear nothing from her. After days and days of nothing she finally contacts me and explains that she has a personal issue. We chatted and the conversation went well.
She then contacted me again asking to move fwd on the deal. Because of her disappearance i had been in contact with other investors again. Once we met again she begin to tell me how the other investors arent liked in the community and they wouldn't live up to their offers and give me the run around. She bragged about how she does cash offers and close quick and its very simple, stress free and no hassle. I again accepted her offer i felt she was a honest good person that i could do business with.
She has me sign a paper and she was very excited about buying my property. She told me she would email me the other docs to sign and that i would meet her at the bank the next day for paperwork to be notarized and they give me the check at 3:30. The next day came and she told me she was sorry for not emailing the docs but that she would be sending them over right away.
I waited again and nothing. 3pm came and i called her and she stated that she had cold feet. At this point the other investors i turned down because her and i made a deal! I explained to her i didnt want to do the back and forth with her she then explained she had 2 other team mates and they had cold feet about the deal. She stated they was worried about the title not being clear. I then told her i had proof of the clear title and she asked me to email it to her and i did so.
She then told me she was 30 mins from my home and that we would be going fwd with the sale and she was on her way to me with the check. This was around 4pm. Hours go by and NOTHING! I call her, text her, leave messages nothing. She then responds after 2+ hours and say she is waiting on the check from her guy. I tell her she told me she was in route to my house and this is now the 3rd time she has flaked on me. She again says how shes going to make this right etc.
I wait and wait and now its 7pm and shes not responding again. I have zero clue what happened and why. I lost out on the other offers on the home because of supposedly "securing" this deal with Leclaire Enterprises. Now the offers i got before were void and new lower offers were given all because i trusted what I i thought was a good person and company.
If you are selling your home stay away from this company. She is all lies and procrastination and will completely waste your time and then go silent and you will never hear from her again.
