The product may be acceptable but varying prices based on age is criminal and they should be required to publish rates on their website...something they won't do, preferring to enter into pressure filled one on one sales pitches with the elderly who cannot afford nor recognize when they are being bilked out of money they don't have.
This is criminal and imagine if their parents were treated in this fashion.
Every thing the saleman told me was a lie. My gutters leaks more now than they ever did. They plug up and I have to clean them. I have videos of with and with out leaf filter and you can see the differents. with Leaf filter after less than a year I could not go in or out of my front door when it was raining. the water was running off my roof like a waterfall.
After I took the leaf filter covers off then the water stopped running onto my door way. The water runs off the gutters and down my walls and my gutters are now stained where they never were before. Everything they told me was a lie. If anyone interested I have videos of my leaf filters and how pluged up they get in less than a year.

Beware of Leaf Filter. Salesman was very pushy, (like a used car salesman, negotiating the price). I've tried many attempts at followup since initial install 3 weeks ago but gutters are still full of water (third time) and not draining, damaging my concrete and foundation. Installers don't keep to their prearranged window and sometimes don't show up at all.
Some came with no ladder or level, or one worker when 2 are needed. Photos are not taken by them and they don't do water test on new eavestrough. I was told to do my own ladder inspection and water test. Often debris, screws and caulking tubes were left around and in the flower garden. Manager came and worked many hours to followup, realign gutters, etc, promising it was fixed; it was not. Meanwhile fascia and soffit has been damaged by their various attempts. On the phone, mgr told me it's ok to leave water sitting in the corner gutter until their next 'fix'. Terrible service - they don't know how to install eavestrough. Next step, HOW TO GET MY MONEY BACK?
It's time for LEAF FILTER to HONOUR YOUR GUARANTEE and give me my money back. I'm fed up with this system that doesn't work. I last spoke to head office on the phone 6 days ago, and was told someone would call me back. There have been NO calls back to me. It has rained again, and gutters are overflowing and leaking in new spots and damaging the foundation of my house. No rain getting over to the downspout and into the pail.
I plan to find another company that can do the job.
I paid $3713 for an installed LeafFilter system and gutters on 140' residence, system totally failed to remove leaf debris from roof and the gutters over flow with every rainfall event. The leaf depris clogged the filter system and rainfall does not enter gutter.I tried to call installer at their office and no voice mail was available,tried cell and also no method to leave complaint with gutter system. Called LeafFilter national office and received no response.
Called LeafFilter administration service and sent email with 3 pictures of the clogged filter system and received no response. LeafFilter is a absolute and complete rip off and a farce. I would like to get my hands on those responsible for this farce just to tell them what a rip off they are, and to warn anyone considering using LeafFilter that they talk big and deliver only absolutely disaster.
