1) shop did not adhere to authorized work order step to “check head for flatness “
2) loss control over local machine shop who ruined my $4000- cylinder head by unauthorized machining.
3) replaced ruined genuine cummins head with a pre-owned aftermarket chinese head, not specific for 98-02 cummins 5.9 24 valve head which promptly failed within 500 miles of service.
4) lfdp left blue shop towels inside intake manifold #1
5) lfdp kept my truck over 6 months and charged over $6000- and i had to personally rework everything.
WORST POSSIBLE NIGHTMARE Shop kept my truck for 6 months and charged me over $6000- and everything that they did had to be reworked within 500 miles by myself at an additional cost of $4000- to replace Cheap Chinese Parts that failed. Total ripoff of a lifetime. This shop will say or do whatever they please ! When I removed my cylinder head after it failed pumping oil into my coolant system, there's a blue shop towel sucked into the intake manifold of an aftermarket Chinese cylinder head that wasn't even correct for my model year block !
