Overpriced Garbage. Lousy Return Policy. Very difficult to get a hold of support. Promoters all use misleading, anecdotal infomation to lure in new customers. Statements made by promoters on facebook are often out of compliance, using terms like Patch, and alluding to curing ficticious ailements (toxins in our bodies). This is another MLM style pyramid scheme company hopeing to get money out of your pocket and in to theirs.
Do not buy in to this junk. You will have diahrea, raving heart, and promoters telling you 'that's normal!' This product is loaded with Caffeine and stimulants. Spend you hard earned money on fresh meat, fruits and vegetables. Stay away, or you will be sucked in by constant upselling!
Everyone avoid the company Le-Vel like the plague. I made an order at 6:52 am EST this morning. Realized I didn't activate credits towards the order. Sent a message to support at 6:56 am EST to cancel that order and received a response at 10:20am EST saying the order has been filled and has left the warehouse and my only option would be to return the order and lose 10% of my money due to a "restocking fee". They are telling me that within 4 minutes my order was processed and out of the warehouse in Utah when it was 7am here on the east coast. Doesn't seem legal to me that you do not allow an order to be cancelled without expressing anywhere that that is the case. They do not have a number to call, only a Cloud support system so even the bank has no way to get ahold of them.
End of august I ordered one (1) month of Le-Vel Thrive Premium Lifestyle Products Line. Was charged 163,99. Shipment confired sent 08/30/2015 Never recived the shippment. Order#1855351
Was sent a second (2nd) shipment on 09/05/2015. Was charged 163,99. Never recived shipemnt. Order #1908928
I checked the tracking number. Postal service declared it "Unable to deliver " Do not know where the shippents are.
Contacted Support Services. All they ever did was to tell me what I should do :"contact post office and have them change adress". Put complaint against their represenative etc. Sid that they coul dnot do anything as it was in the hands of the Postal service. This can be verified in the "tickets" or E-mail sent.
At this time my complaints have been marked "resolved" and I cannot contact anyone.
They also refused to close my account with them.
I contacted two (2) local representatives of Le-Vel products. Both refused to help.
At this time september 12th 2015 I still have none of the products I paid for, have been charged for 2 shippments and still have an open account.
