Do not sign up for free sample of face cream from lejeune! I had it come over Facebook for a free sample for shipping only of $4.95. I read everywhere on the page to make sure it wouldn't charge me automatically after so long and saw nothing. I even checked the box to see if it said anything about having to return or cancel by a certain time but found nothing. Low and behold I had a $97 charge from them from my bank account. When I called I was told I signed up for an autoship program and was supposed to cancel within 14 days. I told the lady nowhere on the site did it say this, and nowhere in the package did it say this. She tried to play it off as oh well, and then I told her she was scamming me and she said she could give me a 50% refund. I told her no I want all my money back. She then says just a minute, came right back and gave me the whole refund. Funny how it went from nothing to 50% to 100%. I'm glad they are refunding but I'm sure a lot of people have not been refunded, and they know they are scamming people. They are not making money on this product because of the product, they are unknowingly signing people up and keeping their money!
Same thing! Except when I called, "Tom" basically called me a liar! He offered a 30% refund and I said no - I want it all. He said some disrespectful things to me and refused a refund.
Absolute scam!! Product is beyond poor, there is no 14 day trial, the customer service when trying to cancel is abhorrent! I was actually told in writing, " I am being nice to you and giving you back 39.95!" For a product that I cancelled within 14 days or receipt, by phone and email. I also mailed the products back. I am contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges.
If your reading this it may already be too late. If you think that you got a free trial, please check your credit card. They will bill you for the shipping, handling, and then the product that you thought was free. They will also charge you for a re-occurring monthly amount if you do not call them and cancel the free trial.
The people behind this are very clever by using pop up advertising that you only see once. Then after you give them the information it disappears. When you call the number on your credit card statement, they will inform you that there is a restocking fee and they can only refund 25% of the amount that you never agreed to. If you received product returning it will not get your money back. They don't care about the product. They don't care about you. So buyer beware.
Here is what I have on the company, if you want to file a compliant with the better business bureau.
Legal Name: Premium Beauty Products, 120 E. 8th St., #605, Los Angeles, CA 90014
DBA Names: Le Jeune, Revita Rx, Eloquence Eye, Healthy Skin,
Phone numbers that they have used: (888)552-1582 Revita Rx, (888)604-9168 for Le Jeune
I didn't even push anything to sign up for le jeune ageless moisturizer yet some how they got my info and have started shipping me the product and I called the number they gave but get no response and the website for customer service doesn't work so warning don't trust them they hack your info.
They CHARGED me $165 for the so called free sample of skin creme!!!
After falling for the the free full size samples scam - I was charged on my debit card for each item $82 and change!!! I called the bank to dispute it and found out that they have a an agreement to counter the dispute in the fine print that we never see. When I called them I scared them into a full refund but they tried dropping down to 75%, 50% 25% off and then finally I explained that 100% would be there one and only option with me.
A word to the wise! These companies are all ripoffs, the same companies. I ordered 2 Free Trial Samples to be charged only $4.95 each for shipping & handling. Both labeled "LeJeune", they came in a tiny jar with about a tablespoon of cream in them. They were certainly nothing special, I used both in about 2 weeks, no better than any other cream, not as good as Olay. To my shock, I received a bill on my Visa from Eloquence (answered phone as LeJeune) for 2 charges of $97.24 each plus S&H $4.95, Inate Skin Care for $89.95 + $4.95 S&H, and New Age for $89.99 charge +$4.95 S&H! I never even ordered anything from company called New Age and the other companies were also unknown to me, but they were all the same company, LeJeune. I called Visa who is going to credit me those amounts while it is in dispute and also contact those companies. I called them too. They all claimed that I had agreed to order these on a subscription basis and that the "samples" were all full sized!. I insisted that they issue me a credit and they finally agreed to do so, except for LeJeune who only agreed to refund me one of the $97.24 charges which I refused and he hung up on me. Bottom line is that these companies are all the same, LeJeune. Their ads on Facebook all claim to be endorsed by Christy Brinkley or Dr. Oz, or some other celebrity and they are all false. I intend to get all of those charges erased and I will not stop until I do! Please don't be as gullible as I was and don't fall for their "Free Trials". I never agreed to anything beyond getting the samples.
Same thing, I ordered the sample for 4.95 s/h cost. 2 week's later I received my credit card bill, 2 charges for 97.00 and 98.00. This all has happened over a holiday weekend, now it has me so furiated I can't think of anything else, but to get a hold of this company find out what the hell they are up to. There is no way I can afford $200 for a facial cream they must be crazy.
Glad I found this site. I'm another victim of this scam too. Same scenario and there should be a class action suit against them. I'd be on it in a heart beat.
If there was anything on the site saying what they claim, it must be in 4pt type or something. Now that I have the info on this company,
I will file a complaint with the BBB. If enough people do that, they might take action.
This company is a SCAM, I didn't even realize i was falsely directed to their site when trying to purchase Junesse, neverthless, I ordered their sample cream thinking it was Junesse, they advertise that all you have to pay is shipping, 2 weeks later they charged my card $97. I called them and they claim I elected to pay full price for $97 if I didnt cancel their service, BS!
2-28-2018 - Ordered their free sample on February 14th 2018 and received on February 19th 2018. Today February 28 2018 my debit account was charged $82.97. It came through as "Formula Health Muscle". I pulled up the formula ad and call the 800 number that was there. Spoke with an agent. After much conversation, telling her that I did not order the product, she said that it was for LeJeune Skin Care. Told her that I ordered the trial size offer for $13.92 shipping charges. She said that I was being charged for the jar of ageless moisturizer and the tube of ageless eye revitalizer. I said that I didn't want any more and it wasn't any better than the Olay product that I had been using.
This afternoon the $82.97 was taken off of my debit card I am pleased to say. I still want to go on record as saying that this is a scam and DO NOT order this product!!!!!
DO NOT fall for this SCAM!!!! I ordered the trial and I believe it came through a Costco website but not 100% sure. They billed my account within 14 days for $97. I cancelled via phone and they said not to worry I would not receive any more product and that I WOULD not be further billed, and they would refund the charge. Not true!! I have the cancellation #. They sent another package after my cancellation and now I am trying to get my credit card company to recover two charges of $97 each. Very UNCOOPERATIVE company whoever they are!! It has been difficult to get a refund and THEY claim I never cancelled which is untrue. It is truly a SCAM~~~BEWARE!!!!!
I purchased two beauty products which were FREE except s&h. We looked at our bill and almost 100 dollars was charged! To top it off, it was charged under a totally different name than either product I purchased; eloquence eye. After calling and sitting on hold over 15 minutes, I reach a customer service rep who stated the MAX refund was 50%. I threatened with Bbb, was put on hold another 5 min, but in the end the guy did "get the approval" for a full refund.
I did not ever see the terms and conditions and if I had I would never had agreed. I ordered off my iPad and pop ups are blocked. I emailed them telling them that they were a scam and I wanted a full refund. My account was then credited on 01/21/16 for 48.62 and 43.26. So they have kept 91.88
My 14 day free trail for a small fee for s/h turned into 183.76. When I called and emailed them I was credited half the amount they kept 91.88.
I wanted to return the product & get a refund after they sent an unauthorized auto-refill order for every 30 days. I had ordered a sample & was not aware of the auto refill . It's my right to cancel & get a refund, they refused.
I was charged $82 on Dec. 3rd and never received a second jar of the product. I called the # on my bank statement and it is not a working number. They continue to try to debit my account, I had to go through my bank to stop the transactions.
The same happened to me, I ordered in February and they contacted me today 7/30/19 everything everyone else is saying, I agree, I thought I was doing a free sample for 4.95 each, I had to pay 82.76 at first he said 160.00 for both products but if I pay today he can get my bill down to 82.76 and that would close my account plus he sent me a text message saying my account was cleared. We do need to report this.
I don't know how this company got my personal information online .. Including credit card number ..This was a unauthorized order with the name of green*light test --fl

I tried the free trial of products because I saw an ad that said it was a Megan Markle skin care product. I totally believed them. Got the free products and they were meh-the eye serum bottle pump never worked correctly and the results were okay-nothing great. I ordered on 3/23, received on 3/28 and on 4/6, they tried to charge me for 2 products but luckily, I sent an email that same day to cancel these. It was the 14th day and also a Sunday so the girl I spoke with said she would refund me back all my money but they would charge me a restocking fee when I sent the product back. I told them it was a used product and they couldn't restock it, they could only discard it so I wasn't going to send it back if they charged me for it. So the girl took that charge off. I just received email confirmation on the refund of both charges. Here is their current contact info as of 4/2019:

NOW they're claiming to be endorsed by the Shark Tank judges and behind the creators (Samantha and Anna-who appeared on their show trying to sell their product and got a 100% backing from every judge) of some rejuvenating facial cream and under eye serum: Suisse. Funny how their 'customer service' number is THE SAME as LeJeune's! I'm currently on this line trying to get my refund and I ordered it THIS MORNING before seeing all of these NEGATIVE reviews from previous buyers...ughhh JUST GIVE ME MY $$$ BACK!
Do not order the Free Trial, suppposedly paying only shipping and handling . There will be a credit card charge for " not canceling within 14 days" It took 41 minutes on hold before I spoke to a representative, then a total call time of 1 hour and 3 minutes to receive a 75% refund.
