I bought 1 trial size of the Le Doux skin cream only. I just happen to check my bank account and found an unauthorized $79.95 taken from me. I cannot wear the cream because it irritates my skin and that is why i never ordered anymore of it. They stole my money.
I ordered 3 samples of this product and have had it for 15 days. Each sample cost $4.99,$4.79, $24.99. I now had a charge on my credit card for $87.99. I called the company and they said that was what i had to pay for the 30 day supply that i received. That was not how it was sold to me or presented to me. My 30 day trial was the amounts listed. Buyer beware!!! This is a scam!!
I purchased my free trial and paid the shipping fee of $4.99 I could not use the eye serum as the container did not work correctly. They sent out a replacement right away and billed me twice for $87.99 as I had purchased face cream too and did not know I had pushed a button accidently. When I called my credit card company I found out they had charged my credit card again for two more charges of $87.99. I never received the second shipment so now have charges of $351.96 on my charge account for product that should have cost me $9.98. What is this all about. No where on the application for delivery did it say I had to respond in 14 days or even a month. While I am a senior citizen and not too sharp with the computer I can read and have been scamed. Buyer beware. I have had two charges of $87.99 taken off my bill and am working to have the first charges credited
