I ordered a free sample of Le Allure serum, it then asked for my card information then took me to two other pages for moisturizer and eye cream, there was no way to back out so I selected each one thinking I could empty my cart but it automatically placed the order. I recieved the order and a couple of weeks later two transactions were deducted from my account, $97 and $98 both from Le Allure. I called the number provided and the employee stated she could only refund 30% of what was charged to my account. When I told her I did not authorize the charges she avoided the questions and kept asking how I liked the cream, then said she couldn't hear me as though we had a bad conection. Right before I disconected I said there would be a class action lawsuit. She then called me back three times within two minutes, the number she called back on was not the same that was provided so I didn't answer (925 111-1111).

Wanted to try Le Allure skin care and paid for shipping and handling for 30 days trial on June 3. Shipment to house on June 8th. I started to use serum. Few days later, skin dry and flaky, itchy. I called customer service number on June 17 at 11AM 8886425524. Explained to Agent #1 that I wish to cancel and do not want this product anymore, do not automatically charge my credit card or send me any products. I have reaction to my skin. She advised me that since I did past the 14th day of my trial period, I can not get reimbursed for account been charged of $98.41. I explained that I wanted a full refund and return the product because I can not use it due to my skin reaction. I explained to her, how can you consider me using the product for 14 days if I received it on June 8. She did apologize but said account has been charged. Thanked me for calling customer service and hung up on me. I was not happy and since my issue did not get resolved, I called again. Spoke with Agent # 2. Explained the whole situation again. He apologized to what happened to me and stated it's in the policy that I am not able to get my refund even if I were to send back the product that I have not received. (Shipment #2) At this point, I was fuming. I tried to explain that this is not resolving the issue of my concern. He thanked me for calling customer service and hung up on me. Again, I called back and got Agent # 3, I immediately asked for a supervisor or manager. She advised me that all supervisors are busy. She is capable of helping me with my concern. The only difference is that the supervisor is needed only when a credit card payment is required. I then once more explaiNed my issue that has not been resolved. I told her that I am extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with the level of customer service and I will file complaint with Business Bureau and contact an attorney because your company is ripping people off. She then said I can take 30 to 50 percent off of your order. I stated to Agent that I will disconnect this call and moving forward with a lawsuit. Stacey Garden Grove, California

Le Allure - Total Scam (Free Trial costs over $200)

Same as July 6, review. I ordered a free sample of Le Allure serum, it then asked for my card information (for shipping charges) then took me to two other pages for moisturizer and eye cream, there was no way to back out so I selected each one thinking I could empty my cart but it automatically placed the order. I recieved the order and a couple of weeks later two transactions were deducted from my account, $97 and $98 both from Le Allure. However, when I called the number provided I was told that they would not issue any refund but, they'd give me an oh so wonderful deal on all further products (80%). I said I'd be happy for them to refund 80% of what they had already charged me. She insisted that the rules would not allow a refund. I think I will go ahead with a dispute on my credit card and check back here for information on a class action fraud suit. Hope y'all find a way to make that stick!

Le Allure is a scam

I fell for the free trial of Le Allure products. On the 15th day, I received an order confirmation for the following: AVILA Serum 14 Day $98.41 and AVILA Cream 14 Day $97.41. I called the company and told them I did not authorize this order. I was told once I put in my credit card information I electronically authorized this order. The customer service representative told me I could not return the product because it was open. I did receive a cancellation for any future orders but I still was billed for the products. After a lengthy discussion about the fact I didn't authorize this order, I too was hung up on. I called the credit card company and told them I did not authorize this order. I was told that the company was already paid. The only thing I can do not is dispute the charges. Good Luck on receiving a refund. What a scam!

I called company 1-888-642-5524 and told them to stop billing me $98.41 for something I did not ask for. Today 8/28/17, I received another shipment and was billed $98.41 again

Do Not Order

I agree with the post from 7/6/17...the same thing happened to me. My card was charged as well for unauthorized charges. When I tried to cancel as well as request a refund, the representative basically told me I only can get a 30% refund, even though I have an unopened box. The representative called me back 3 times to try and resolve the issue because I stated I was going to refuse payment with the credit card company and report them for fraud. Still not happy with the resolution...hopefully I am cancelled and my full refund will be sent.

Leallure skin care The company offered a free trial for 14 days for a small shipping fee, which I paid. Buried in the very fine print was the information that if not canceled within the 14 day period my credit card would be charged automatically the full amount of the product - in this case $98.41. The company charged my credit card in only 12 days. Internet

Scam

I paid shipping and handling for a sample of le allure and on day 14 was charged $98.14. I called customer service and explained it was day 14 and I haven't even used the product. The agent said that my offer had expired and he could offer me a 30% refund. I told him I haven't used the product I would send it back. He said you don't want to do that you won't get your money back that way. Asked to speak to a supervisor said everyone was busy and said he explained the benefits to me and hung up. I called back and the whole process began again. I was hung up on 10 times. Finally agent #11 said I could send the product back for a refund if I hadn't used it. I told her it was still sealed and everything. She said it could be 30 days or longer before I get my refund. Again all the supervisors and managers are busy. Another thing I thought strange was that none of the agents would tell me the company name. I said who do I address it to. She said you don't just put the address. I am sending the product back with delivery confirmation. I'm hoping to get my money back but not getting my hopes up. I don't know how people can get away with things like this. If anyone ever asks me about Le Allure I'm going to say NO don't do it. Total Scam.
