I have ordered ink for my new HP Envy Printer and when I searched LD Products website, I came up with a black and color Refurished ink selection. The ink however, when it arrived, did not fit into my printer. I was told when I called, that even though that is the selection that appears at the top of the screen, (and appears to be the match), the consumer must scroll through all the printers to make sure yours is listed.
I am left with (stuck with) ink I can not use. This is not the first time this has happened with LD Products. Many of their refurbished products bled all over my hands. They happily rectified that as best they could.
I will no longer be using their services. I am writing this so that others will be cautioned when ordering.
LD Products inc. is a company to avoid at all costs. I ordered toner for my printer off their web site by entering my printer name and model number. They sent me the wrong toner. I called as I wanted to return and swap for the correct one.
They basically blew me off and said I did not know what I had ordered and would do nothing. These people are crooks and you sould not deal with them. Any reputable company would exchange a produt especially when they send the wrong one. The people are totally dishonest. Do not trust them or buy any thing from them.
