I hired Ann Kolber, Esq. to evict my tenant because she has 28 years of experience as a landlord/tenant attorney. She was terrible! I could have done a better job myself! She came to court the first time completely unprepared and gave the judge a letter to prove that my tenants were violating the lease. Any first year law student know that a letter violated the rules of evidence. She should have had witnesses prepared to testify instead of giving the judge a letter. As a result of her actions, I had to pay her for another court appearance so that she could bring witnesses. Not only did she not reach out to my witnesses, I had to contact them myself and prepare them! She was always unavailable to answer questions. Her law firm is a HUGE ripoff!
