I want to truly thank outscam for giving me the opportunity to justly and neutrally review this very incompetent attorney based on my horrible experience with him and his law firm thus far, to warn other former, current, potential future clients, and all stakeholders. In brief, i've regrettably hired this incompetent/unprofessional lawyer and had been his client for over five months. Unfortunately, he would never call you back; ignore responding to your questions/follow-up e-mails, and if he/they decided to call you he/they would call you with "unknown caller"/"no caller id" to call you with disdaining and racist slurs implying that you're just an "immigrant" who does not know how the legal system works in the u.S.
He would flatly lie to you about the progress of your case/timeline to file a lawsuit; and abruptly/irresponsibly threaten to withdraw his representation and gravely jeopardize your case once you simply ask him a "smart"/legitimate question about your case. Five months after hiring him i have not seen any scored positive progress/result whatsoever from him/his incompetent team. He made detrimental and ridiculous grammar errors on my poorly-written "one-page" demand letter to the opposing counsel and intentionally hold/hide key settlement discussions/negotiations from me as his client.
A couple of weeks ago, he abruptly and inexplicably sent me a retaliatory e-mail stating that he unilaterally decided to withdraw from my representation right before my lawsuit starts. Even worse, last week, him/his associates/accomplices called my smartphone with an "unknown caller id" and threatened me by trying to coerce me to delete all negative reviews about him/his law firm on the internet; and drop my complaints with the state bar of california and the attorney general. He/they also maliciously called my employer to retaliate by filling a frivolous complaint about me even though he/they were never one of my clients. A formal cease-and-desist letter/restraining order was sent to him and his law firm on may 19, 2017 to stop his/their illegal and unconstitutional actions to date.
Heads up: do not hire him/his firm -- very incompetent, unethical, irresponsible, and potentially dangerous. And i have documented evidence to prove so. Some of the clients might see all these phony "positive"/"five-star" Possibly paid for to be drafted/submitted by his close friends/acquaintances/entourage) reviews herein and be overly impressed thinking that he's professional - he's not. He does not care about his clients' best interests as law school should've taught him.
