Vctim of my late special needs trust trustee's self-dealing loans on the family home of 51 years put under the trust, & greedy lenders who turned a
blind-eye to the fraudulent property transfers before they sold the property to an equally greedy flipper, their UD attorney Samuel L. Chandra, put me & my poor legal aid attorneys through the hell of 4 Unlawful Detainer actions before I agreed to move out under a signed stipulation, so he couldn't even have me evicted. His ego, agressive nature, & incompetence in dealing more complex legal issues was the reason for these 4 lawsuits, because he didn't know how to get an innocent disabled beneficiary living in a trust property out; he even messed up the service of documents delivered to me for the 4th suit, & had that been caught before I signed the stipulation there would have been a 5th lawsuit!
Sam Chandra was retained by a well known business entity to represent its landlord in an unlawful detainer(UD) case.The landlord's UD was baseless to begin with since the entity had been cited on multiple EPA habitability and building code violation charges,as well as illegal double rent and utility charges.Enter Sam Chandra who holds a documented record of conducting his legal practices with known documented negligence and abuse of process(i.e Riverside)which should have him disbarred for malpractice in violation of the California Bar Association,as well as the National Bar Association.
