We are a small family run Process Serving and Legal Support Services Company located in Westchester NY operating since 2009 serving the community. We have an AAA rating with BBB. 90% percent of our clients pre-pay for services unless they have an established account or relationship. We were contacted by this company Arturo Dopazo (Slip and Fall) to do an emergency rush service on a defendant in Manhattan. They engaged our services by misleading us using /referencing a previous client of ours to gain our trust and get us to perform the service prior to payment. We conducted the serve spending considerable man hours, time and expense on an elusive Defendant. The service was completed to their satisfaction and a professional legal compliant affidavit of sevice was generated and sent to their office. The bill was sent for services rendered. Then the communication ceased and the lies began. The company continues to lie and lie each passing day about payment of thebill. One day they say they will pay by credit card. the next day they say the attorney is not in the office. Next he is in trial. Every VM goes to ageneric VM. The attorney never calls back despite my attorney calling numerous times. Next day the bookkeeper is sick. then teh bookkeeper no longer works there. Next the lady is on vacation. next she is sick for a week. Next he is awre of the situation and apologizes profusely. then he is going to sign the check and is "walking around with it" Next it is on his desk awaiting signature. Next he is out of the office for an emergency for one week. Next it is going out in Mondays mail via fedex. Lie after lie. The staff i strained to skillfully lie and put people off. They are adisepcable firm and we have found out that he has already had his license suspended for fraud. We have filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association of FLA as well as with Pam Bondi's office, Attorney General as well as Consumers Dept and BBB> We hope to receover damages.
