Susan Brown took on my case back in 2016 and now it is May 2017! I'm in court for truency due to my son missing a numerous amount of days because of an illness that is still being figured out! My case should of been simple and done, DISMISSED since all the days were excused and doctors and the school gave all papers to forward to the court! Not only am I still in court, but my State Court Case is pretty simple and should have been dismissed already! She did nothing to push any issue or paper work proving my innocense for my case to the Prosicutor. I did all Leg work and Calls to her.
Not one time did she contact me in between court dates to get together to discuss any further preceedings. Not one phone call in return. She would only text message and it was very quick one word replies and I would have to literally blow her up to get even a response from her in a text! I am now in debt due to her negligence and not having any concern for my case! All I ever recieved from her on her end was text about when I was going to Pay HER!!!! The last conversation I had was with her Secretary and as I was standing there noticed that she also had to text Susan Brown to get a response!
I asked for my file and paper work from my son's Doctors and was told the paper work was not in the office blah blah blah. Still have not been contacted about my file or when I can pick up my file. I'm totally disgusted with the services she did for me and my family! Not that this has anything to do with my case, but my son has been very ILL and we've been dealing with doctors Labs ETC. I find it heart breaking that after all this, My case is still open and I may end up doing Jail time because this woman who calls herself an ATTORNEY OF FAMILY LAW didn't do me nor my family any favors in this matter and now My family is in debt and had to Dismiss her as our Attorney and not to mention find a NEW LAWYER!!!! I pray for anyone who uses this woman in their defense! You will be dragged around like a dish rag and in the dark of any outcome if you use her! Please RUN if anyone mentions her name!
