They're claiming to be an attorney filing a lawsuit against me about a payday loan I never even applied for much less received? The email had various grammatical errors so I'm positive this person is not an attorney (Why would I have not received official mail and just an email). Although I am terrified about how this person got my info, I know this is just some kind of scam in an attempt to get money. DO NOT GIVE THIS PERSON MONEY. It's probably someone sitting in Bangladesh.
