In December I went on Amazon for the second time ever to order presents. While on the Amazon website and starting the process to place my order a message appeared notifying me "Congratulations - you have been selected to receive a free gift. Please select from one of the following - you will only need to pay shipping and handling. I selected the Lavederm (I only selected one product but when it arrived they had sent me the Evelladerm too. I didn't think much of it because there was info on the internet talking about how Amazon was giving away a lot of great free gifts.

Fast forward to January to find two charges in my bank account for $83 and $89 each to ship me 'reorders' of not just the one but both products. At no point in the process was it made clear that this would happen. When I called the 'Customer Service' number on the confirmation email to object and to find out how to return the product and get credit I was told that I'd have to contact the company directly - that they were just a third party company - they refused to give me contact info - told me I could take my chances returning it... essentially telling me "got you sucker - nothing you can do"

This is a scam every which way - beware!

Will likewise report to Consumer Protection, Amazon and Master Card

In the month of November, 2017, on the first page of AOL -- there was an advertisement for Laveaderm sample priced at $4.95. After filling out the form and submitting my credit card information -- the system automatically added $4.99 charge -- I did NOT approve this extra charge. (There was also a picture of Joel Osteen, in which he stated that this was his wife Victoria's business. Joel Olsteen, is the famous ex-minister of Lakewood Church multimillion dollar church in Texas -- he highly recommended the product, Laveaderm (877) 437-1181. Then, I was billed multiple times under another company (Renee Anti-Wrinkle, telephone # (877) 497-0092 -- billed $4.95 on 11/29/17, $89.72 on 12/14/17, & $89.72 on 01/14/18.

I was also billed by Arezoo Natural Skin (877) 661-3913 for $4.99 on 11/29/17 & $83.92 on 12/14/17 & $83.92 on 01/14/18. After calling these companies -- I was informed that they were the SAME companies. I have NOT been able to get a refund from these companies and I am refusing the 2 packages which were NEVER OPENED and sending them back via USPS. I also did NOT receive the other 4 packages BUT was billed at the more expensive rates twice each of $89.72 and $83.72. This totals to $357.22 -- I need to have my credit card credited back for the full amount ASAP. Fraudulent Billing is as follows: $4.95 + $4.99 + $89.72 + $83.92 + $89.72 + $83.92, which totals $357.22 -- I need to be reimbursed for this full amount.

Laveaderm is someone's idea of a joke. All it does is dry out your skin. Total rip-off.

luna skin care, referenced in other reports on this site, apparently changes their name periodically in order to avoid prosecution for mail and/or bank fraud. my situation was identical to that of the other women reporting about "100% free trials" that end up costing hundreds of dollars, especially if you happen to be out of town when the first shipment arrivres, and when the email is sent from the company advising that additional shipments are going out. They outright lied to me, charging my credit card after i cancelled my account, claiming it was too late, the product had already shipped. i told them i never got the second shipment, they said to take it up with the post office, since they had tracking information from the postal service showing i recieved the shipment. i called back 4 times, demanding the tracking number so i coould verify this, their system was down, their system was down, their system was down, oh wait..no it never shipped! How is this allowed to happen when there is evidence of mail fraud everywhere? do not do business with any company claiming claiming to offer a free trial..it never is free!
