We booked this condo for a June 11th through 17th 2018 in November 2017 by paying her $5,000 through homeaway.com. 15 days before we are to go, she sends me an email that the zoning laws have changed so I can't stay there. She then sends me other properties that I can stay at for the same price (much smaller and nothing like I agreed to). The property had really sold and she had no possession of it on the days booked. She gives me a run around and no refund.
I would never book another property from her. If she is your realtor, PLEASE review your contracts because she is either incompontent or a criminal or both.
