I request laundry pickup service from Laundry Lieutenant for my laundry on 06-11-2022 for 06-12-2022. I gave the driver 2 Large bags approx. 20lbs each and 2 small bags approx. 5-10lbs each. I request it to be washed, dried, and folded. I had a handout with the pricing on it. Its prices are: ($35/Reg bag, $45/Extra Large bag, $55/Super Heavy-Duty bag). They told me I would receive a senior discount. My laundry was returned on 06-13-2022. I was over charged, and I had to pay $330.00. They also, refused to give me a receipt and their address.
