I ordered three cases of snacks which came up to about 34 and some change. Its been a little over a month since I ordered it and never received nothing in the mail.
Purchased item from LauMart on 3/9/2016. Received a confirmation of order via e-mail. As of 3/26 have not recieved product or confirmation that product has shipped. Credit card was billed on 3/10/2016. Completely unable to reach company to resolve this isse.
Ordered a case of coconut water. Was told I would be sent an email when the order shipped but that never happened, . My bank account reflected the debit almost immediately, when I sent an email, no response. Unfortunately, I didn't see the rip off reports before I placed the order. Bummer! Do not buy from this company, big time fraud!!!!
Ordered 20.00 snacks and never received item.made numerous attempts to contact but they would not respond.they were quick to let me know the card was charged though when i initially made the purchase.i made a credit card payment from a new card that has never been used.the following day it had over 800.00 of charges ranging from hotels to restaurant'.thankfully the credit card company called because of suspicious charge activities. Im not a hundred percent sure laumart is responsible but sure seems awefully suspicious after using it for the first time with laumart.shop elsewhere.there are a lot of better places to shop but laumart just rips people off and dont send the products ordered and the credit card fraud charges,well just too much of a coincidence. There are enough bad reviews on this company to see that you should stay away from Laumart!! I wish i would of read up on them first.
Lau Mart is a completely abandoned online grocery store -- placing any order on this site is going to charge your credit card, but the order will never be filled. The telephone number posted on its site is disconnected, and the website appears entirely abandoned. Messages to their "Contact Us" webform go nowhere, and the website hasn't been updated in over a year. However, as mentioned, they will gladly take your money right away.
I ordered $13 in snacks and I never received the item. I never received conformation that the order had been received. The telephone number does not work. I also had to cancel my credit card because a week after placing the order I had fraudulent charges on my card. This is a very bad website do not order anything from them you put your credit card at risk and you will never receive your item. I was suckered in by their low prices. I wish I had read the blogs first now I have to notify all my automatic payments of my new card.
We had ordered gain flings original (120ct.) for $34.24. We had paid and never received our product. We sent an email and did not receive a response back. The phone number is disconnected.

It gave me the option to choose my payment method on there website and I choose amazon payments. Several weeks went by and I never recieved the product.
They have 1 number on there website to call which is 1 (786) 529-8519. I called this number but it is a disconnected number. They have a section on there website that says "contact us" where you can fill in a message that will be emailed them. I sent to 2-3 emails and never heard back.
I then contacted Amazon payments to see if they could help me out becuase I know amazon is a great company and they might be able help with the situation.

On 1/31/2016 amazon payments was able to get Lau Mart to reimbures thankfully!
I still have not heard from Lau Mart and would not recommend anyone buying ANYTHING from them. It is not a ligit and professional company when there phone number doesnt work and when you dont hear back from any of the emails you sent. It is espcially bad when they take your money and dont give you your product.

Yes, I'm stupid for not checking out this website before hand but it's definitely a FRAUD website. I made a purchase, never received the products, and instead whomever made up this website stole my credit card number and TRY to use it too!!
