I wouldn't rent a dog house from Latta real estate. Incredibly rude once they have you sign the lease. The poorest "management" I have ever seen. Latta real estate requires all repair requests to be in writing / email and they ignore them as long as they can. Only after making multiple requests will they have anything repaired. You will be paying for the repair which they use as another profit center. When you pay for a repair, legally you are entitled to see the actual bill from the service provider. This will not happen with Latta real estate. When you receive the bill it comes from Latta real estate at a cost higher than the service actually costs. The service provider that cleared the kitchen drain was called a and he stated his fee was much lower than the $130 charged by Latta Real Estate, enough to buy a new disposal. Latta Real estate's lease is full of technicalities designed to extract every dollar possible from you and provide little or no service to the resident. You will not receive your entire security deposit back, do not expect it. It will be reduced by hundreds for unreasonable infractions such as not cleaning under UNDER appliances, replacing the shower rod or welcome mat, which they don't even do before renting these dumps. An outside repair service provider pointed out mold on the garage walls and put it in writing which they were informed about in writing and they did nothing. Never rent from these slumlords. You will regret it.
