I have received several cheap watches. I returned all but the first one. I never asked them to charge and send any others. I wrote on returned packages 'Discontinue!'. They need to be stopped and forced to compensate every one they have ripped off! Credit card used!!!
My contact with these companies more than likely started when I fillled out a couple surveys. I could get a women's watch or jewelry free with just a small amount for s/h. Little did I know hat it would become a monthly shipment and either $99.98 or $89.00 charge.
After I received the second unordered item and charge came I called the numbers listed on my bank statement. I was given the 'runover' with them telling me that instead of my returning the items (which I said I would do) I should just give them away as gifts. Also that there was no return of money, BUT they would give me a good deal.
I made these phone calls twice, each time asking that they not send me anthing more. Now today, I called all the numbers I had and demanded that my account be closed. One, even, hung up on me after I asked again what the name of the company was. I also I would contact my Better Business Bureau.
I got the impression that they may not send anything else, but then I thought that the other two times.
Unfortunately I took an on-line survey after ordering loft-beds for my grandchildren. Was offered a watch for 6.99. Have received many watches ,purses and necklaces since then. Majority of these watches have been for men. [I am not married.] I have contacted Lastestfashions and they were unable to take my call. I have had several charges of 99.98 on my bank statements. Have decided to contact them on 10-16-17 , one more time. If it can't be resolved quickly, will change all my banking info.

I do remember quite some time ago, getting an email from someone claiming to be from the Amazon prize Center and to pick a prize as an Amazon valued customer. So I picked a cheap-looking watch. Nothing ever came for a few months and then all of a sudden a watched showed up and then another watch. Again no info and I tried finding that email to get some contact info. Now I'm getting a charges/fees $99.98 showing up on my account. Who are they and how did they get my info? I've filed a dispute with my bank but not sure it'll do any good. Makes me angry. These watches are maybe $20. Cheap.
August 28, 2017 I received a plain brown bag from a company called Latest Fashion. I've never heard of them. It contained a small purse that I didn't order from anyone. The package contained no receipt or paperwork. The purse had no tags attached to it or in it. That's when I started getting suspicious. I checked my checking account on the internet and there was a charge of $99.98 from some place I didn't recognize. I called the phone number that was given and the man who answered was very fast talking and hard to understand. He said he was from Latest Fashions.
He also said the purse could have come from several stores and that he didn't know which one. He said I entered a 40 day trial period for the purse. I told him I didn't order anything and how did he get my credit card no. He would'nt answer and asked me if I liked the purse. I told him no and I certainly would'nt have paid $99.98 for any purse without seeing it first.
I asked for my money back and he refused and said the trial offer was over in 40 days and it was too late to refund me. I told him I wanted to cancel and he said OK and give me a cancellation number. There phone number is 844-321-5311. I will be calling my credit card co. right away. I can't believe I was scammed for almost $100.00 and can't do anything about it. Beware of Latest Fashions!
