My house is less then three years old. My concrete on my driveway is lifting in 3 foot and 4 foot sections. The top is peeling off like a bad sunburn.I filed a complaint with the Township where I live.
But, to no avail they would only give me the 18 month rule. We all know what is going on there between the builder and the building inspector. As I was saying it's all crap to me. I do not salt my driveway and the builder said he had test taken on the concrete. After I requested a copy of that test. A week later he sent me a letter indicating he was mistaken and he looked at it and said "It looked like it was caused from road salt". And if I did'nt like it call his Lawyer's. I guess they don't worry about there reputation! Please confront thease jerk home builders. I GUESS WHEN HOUSES ARE SELLING THEY DON'T GIVE A d**n. WE'LL SEE WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH WHEN THE MARKET BOTTOMS OUT !
