I had already spent about $2500.00 at Las Vegas Casino USA at the time of the disputed event. On my last deposited with Las Vegas USA Casino I deposited $25 and applied a 250% bonus to the deposit. The bonuses carry terms and conditions concerning winnings and the amount a player may withdraw while playing on a bonus. Shortly after making the deposit, I hit the jackpot for $12000. Minutes after this I noticed that there was instantaneously $6210.17 removed from my account. When I inquired as to why the $6210.17 was removed, I was told that it was because I was playing on a bonus and that the "Coupon Reversal Withdrawal" of $6210.17 was to fulfill the terms and conditions of that bonus. I was fine with that because I had no argument - I had agreed to the terms. I then decided to request a payout of my remaining balance which was $5000.
After a week of seeing no progress in the processing of the payout, I contacted them.
I was told it will be a month before they are able to process my request. This is unacceptable to me - they took my money in a matter of minutes. I continued to push them and I filed some complaints on sites dedicated to online casinos that act as a mediator in disputes. My original issues was that I simply wanted the $5000 that was mine delivered to me in a timely manner. However, they decided they would try to bully me and offered me $500 - saying that the terms of the bonus had not been fulfilled and were applicable to the remaining $5000 (after they had already applied them to the $12000). They also said that after the issue is resolved, "Your account with us will be permanently closed as you are not the client of customer we are interested in given your behavior". I am fine with that as I no longer wish to deal with them either. However, I find it to be further insult that they are trying to paint me as the "bad" guy. I last heard from them around 1:00 PM Standard Eastern Time on 5/18/2018. It is now 7:45 PM Standard Eastern Time on 5/18/2018. I simply want what is rightfully, and already mine.
