The woman at the bow store ordered it and Larry Nichols came and picked up the gun that store number is 501 472 1097

I do NOT understand why Larry allegedly is not receiving Social Security, Medicare/Medicaid and/or VA Benefits (since he clams to be a military veteran). He lives only 5 miles from a major VA Hospital. Even though he is definitely very sick, the money raising is highly suspicious!
