After a week of phone calls from Larry Jay Mitsubishi....The enternet sales dept told me I was approved for credit and all I needed to do was bring in the requested documents, pick out a truck....After many, many, times of comfirming that I was NOT going to get the same treatment I've recieved from past dealerships. I gave up the ghost and spent $40 in gas to get to the dealership, and then an hour and a half of waiting. Well, see? My credit is not something to be proud of right now!! They knew this upon me visiting the dealership. Short but not so sweet, I didn't get SH**!!!!!! This type of misleading shoud have a law against it???? This type of customer relations is what causes people to SNAP !!!!
Once I got there, I talked to several salesman who talked to several lenders of which ran my credit adding additional inquiries and responding only hours later. I was led on by them allowing me to test drive a car that they knew they wasn't going to let me buy. With no money down. How are they able to keep lying to the public and get away with freckles behavior of such. Something should and must be done.
These losers are constantly tricking people for business. False advertisement is my charge to them. The lie so much to get people coming from everywhere only to find that they were tricked too. None the less, they have many lenders constantly pulling your credit. Makes no sense how they're allowed to get away and still do this on TV.
Filled out an on line application and received a phone call from them and told me that I was approved and for me to make an appointment. I went to the dealership and introduced my self to Jason and Philip. I went there with every intention to purchase a used vehicle and was told I would be better off with a new vehicle and that I could use the rebates towards a down payment. After being there for 2 hours and test driving a new car, I picked one out. After they ran my credit for the 2nd time then they came back and told me I needed a big down payment and a cosigner now this was after they told me I was approved. I have called Philip with a cosigner he has yet to call me back. They did ask why my credit was so good several years ago and acted like they could help me if I told them why my credit went down hill. The infomercial that they do about being approved with bankruptcy or repossession is a big "LIE". I would not recommend this company for any reason.
