Previously was guaranteed minimum pay, they made an excuse saying change rate plan, decreased your pay even lower than when you initially entered the company 5 years ago, no lunch pay, you work 6-8 hours a day, they don't pay you the 0.5 hour lunch time. No over time pay. This company is entirely mistreating all employees, dispite that there were former employees already filed a class action lawsuit towards them, still, they don't fix their misconducts and getting even worse. Someone has to stand up and tell them into their face regarding their unlawful mistreatment. Cut your wages after years worked for them to lower than when you initially join them, for their greed. Languageline solutions (doing business under the name of "Online Interpreters Inc.) mistreating all interpreters. After you worked for them for years, Languageline cut your wages by large scale, for no reason, but just to fill their greed.
