Landmark Property Management

This property management company has dozens of properties and doesn't not maintain them. There are dozens of tenants (current and former) fighting

to get repairs to their aparments and condos. Or fighting to get back their security deposits. This

company is the worst. The more I research them, the more I hear negative about them.

Just to recap the last few months of living in one of their buildings:

Health Department needed to be called to clean up the pool. When they came it was declard a bio hazard

Health Department needed to be called to deal with roach infestation (after 1 and 1/2 years of complaining.

Code Enforcement had to be called to deal with leaking roof (after several year sof complaints)

This company is the worst.
