I took my car to them in November of last year and now it is June. They broke interior parts on my car after telling me they were not able to fix my car. The key broke and they stated that it could not be repaired after having my car til March.
I was told to come pick the car up in April, and this is when the nightmare started. They had cracked my gear shift console and also the driver's side widows control panel. The windows control panel was so badly broken that I coul literally see all the way inside the inner workings of the door.
I drove the car home, and as I was driving I noticed the radio would not come on but it was just constant static. Next, when I arrived home ( which is literally now 35 miles away because I moved) I notced the radio would not stop with the static even when the car is turned off.
I called and they said "THE CAR IS OLD" . They claimed it wasn't their fault. They then claimed that they would fix it Monday. Meanwhile I was just supposed to sit there and allow the radio to play static all weekend and then HOPEFULLY the battery wouldn't be dead when I was ready to drive it all the way back to them.
I immediately drove the car back to them and they said they would order the parts and look into what was wrong with the radio. The gentlemen by the name of Jermaine stated he would personally handle it. He gave me his personal number. I didn't hear anything from him for another month.
I texted in May he never responded. I called today and Jermaine stated he would not be able to install the part they broke and that I needed to purchase it. I said okay. He then texts me back and says come get the car until I can find the part because they are doing construction and they need the space. I asked him if I hadn't called what would they have done.
I said I cannot get there til Next week. He said ok. I then get a text from Jermain stating that they cannot fix anything and I need to come get the car. They basically refuse to accept any responsibility for breaking my parts in my car and believe that I am lying about some part I can buy for 60 dollars on car-part.com.
I spoke with the manager and clearly regaurdless of whatever I sated he only was concerned about moving the car from their lot regaurdless of how I am being treated!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!
