This online company sells lots using great sales pitches of wonderful attributes only to discover the lots were subdivided in the 1970's placed under a scam homeowner association that has been accumulating fees for years and doing absolutely nothing to improve the value of the property over time. The Homeowner Association collects millions every year to pay the expenses of the "employees" of the Homeowners Association.
In Colorado, they are auctioning off lots that were also subdivided in the 1970s where nothing has been done with the barren land. In Arizona, once again, they are auctioning off subdivided lots that are advertised to be a wonderful investment but are just more dried up desert land with little hope of improvement. The pictures and advertisements are a work of artful dece[tion, so beware!!!
I was taken by this company as well! They buy the land, never pay taxes on it for the entire time they own it then auction it off to unsuspecting people that have no idea they were scammed. I now have to pay 7 years of back taxes and fees. How can these people continue to get away with this?? Time to contact the NJ State Attorney! I will spread the word to as many people as possible!
I should have read the fine print. I paid more in processing fees than the land is worth! Also, the fine print states that the buyer is responsible for any back taxes and liens. Received back tax bill from county and it turns out that Land h*o or whatever LLC name is used, does not pay taxes on the land. Stay away from this company!
Land Ho is having an online auction right now with $90 land parcels in Arizona, Arkansas, and a few other places. I was tempted to buy but something told me to do a little digging after I read that the auctions winners would be responsible for all taxes and liens associated with the land. WHAT?!? I ended up not buying and want to thank everyone that posted on here over the years. This company needs to be stopped - why isn't the State of New Jersey doing anything?
i bought several parcels in several states . every one has liens of some sorts against them. This company sucked me in for thousands of dollars and now i am being sued for back taxes.

Received back tax bill from county and it turns out that Land h*o or whatever LLC name is used, does not pay taxes on the land. Stay away from this company!
I’ve read the reviews and have to ask those who were suckered into this scam company, if those reviews are correct....why isn’t there a class action or multi district litigation against this company?
