My scalp is falling off in chunks due to the harsh chemicals they kept on my head.
I have been getting my color done for all my adult life (20+ years) and I have NEVER had this type of experience. I asked for a brightening to my existing BLONDE hair... I left with
POOP BROWN HAIR w/ GRAY ENDS.
She colored over my existing blonde (further damaging my hair) and I left the salon with brown hair. I called the next day and they refused to fix it or refund me.
BEWARE!!!!!
IF THE STYLIST IS HAVING AN "OFF" DAY YOU HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT AND PAY FOR IT.....
