Ordered a ss80 80% lower. l emailed 2 weeks later to check on the status, I was told they were processing orders from the day before and my order would ship out in the next day or two. Emailed again to check on it, no response. Reported to BBB and then recieved a response that my order was processed, packed and ready to ship, BUT because I reported them as a scam, now my order was cancelled! And the weirdest part about this is they claim it is their right to cancel the order for me reporting this SCAM! This was my punishment. Now I'm waiting on my refund which they will claim as their right to keep for making noise! I have filed a report with local law enforcement, with the Attorney Generals Office with the State of Texas, the FTC and the FBI. I will not stop until I get my money and this guy goes to jail. If I had a name and address I would find him. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING from this company. TOTAL RIPOFF and SCAM.
I ordered a few items from their online store on July 27 and the order was charged to my credit card. I waited over a month so I decided to call. Their phone number listed on the receipt that was emailed to me is now disconnected. I sent them an email in regards to the status of my order but no response.
On June 21, 2020, I saw what appeared to be an available complete build kit for a Glock 43. I proceeded to make the purchase and got my order confirmation, but never got my shipping confirmation.
The business (Lancaster Tactical Supply) only said they were busy and had reduced staff due to COVID-19.
I waited patiently for the merchandise to arrive but it never did (today's date: August 24, 2020).
I had sent over three emails to the sales department to inquire about the purchase and the status of shipment. But I never received any response.
I had called multiple times since July to August, but no answer. When I made my last call today, I got a disconnected tone.
I am not out over $800 dollars.

Lancaster Tactical Supply offers products of which they claim to have in stock for shipping within two business days. Yet. I made such an order on 6/6/2020 and on July 25, 2020 I have not received shipment nor notice of email for shipment as they claimed they would do. I have emailed them numerous times at: [email protected], and have not received a single response; I have also attempted to call the number of which they provided [7046657839] numerous times and no one answers nor return calls as they have stated they would. In addition, after checking the Better Business Bureau, it gives Lancaster Tactical Supply an "F" rating, their lowest possible rating for having open claims of which they have not attempted to remedy.
