Sent 200.00 Dec 8 2016 to these individuals and never have heard another word might as well given it to the wind what a dummy to believe that these folks would honor their promises and provide me with relevant information on how to market my invention. Do not send this company your hard earned money make them prove to you what they can do before making payment they are the ones in business and should be absorbing the risk not you and if you feel their information is worthy then pay them. If you want to give your money away give it to someone needy it will make you feel better not these scoundrels..

I contactec Lambert & Lambert for my invention idea, I referenced a patent so they could see what I was referring to. My invention is structurally different in many ways. They sent me a report with all the babble and ultimately they gave me a score that would refrain me from moving forward and ultimately let them off the hook. THis scam cost $199.00 for report that I could write myself. I have made 5 prototypes and am selling my product. The discouraged me every way possible. The issue for me as it is for many people is the costs to market and targeting the rigth areas for sales.

I am not giving up I am going to continue to sell my product. I am hopeful that someone will see what I have and appreciate the fact that is it a largely needed item that will benefit others like myself.

Warning!! Rip off alert!!- Lambert and Lambert is just another con game. After several unsuccessful attempts to contact them by email, I finally gave in and paid the $200.00 to have my product evaluated. At the time, Lambert and Lambert did not have a telephone number listed. I felt like I was making a mistake, but I guess my desire to find some help with my invention made me do it. After several more failed attempts to contact them, I became suspicious of their business practices.

I contacted the BBB and did some other homework, which made me even more uncomfortable. Finally, after 4 weeks, they responded to my email. They told me my product was interesting, but it was not what they were looking for. Even though, it closely matched what products they were looking for on their website. I feel like I got ripped off by Lambert. They didn't even bother to tell my why my invention was not what they were looking for.

It must be nice to have lots of people give you $200.00 for nothing. I got nothing for my money. They probably didn't even review my invention. They just took my money, and sent me a form rejection letter. They don't call you. During this awful process, I never talked to a human from their company. Beware of these scammers. Do not send them your hard earned money. They are not honest and don't even bother to return your emails.

I contacted this company by finding them on the internet, in an article touting their services for product/invention licensing. I sent an online application and they contacted me via email saying my products 'were a good fit'. They then asked me to product several samples of my products; a pet bed cushion, and bicycle seat cushion.

The person Alex Paquin asked me to produce the items before July 2015, when they were to attend a trade show. We produced the products, then informed Mr. Paquin that the items were ready for shipment, and he responded by email, that they weren't interested.

We spent time and money to produce the items, and they could care less. I called both companies, and they deflected the issue of our costs. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and they again deflected the issue, citing no contract was had between us. That is no written contract, however, a verbal agreement is as binding as a written agreement.

Both companies are one in the same, as they share the same address and phone number. They are arrogant, and misrepresented their intentions. They refused to reimburse our costs, and they gave no substantial reason for their reversal of intention, and were not caring about our efforts to produce the products.

From my personal experience they are in my view, disingenuous to the point of representing an inventors interests, and they didn't even extend any courtesy nor reason for their 180 degree about face. Do not use their services, they do not really care about the people they purport to represent. They charge a fee for evaluations; although I declined this aspect on my initial contact with them, afterwhich they ordered the products from us.

A disrespectful, bogus outfit for sure. Stay away from these folks, folks.
