I will be in a wedding soon and I ordered a dress online. I was not worried about not being able to return it because any reputable company would let you return or exchange the product if you ae not satisfied. This is not the case with this company.

I received the dress and it was not all what was expected. It looked nothing like the picture and I could not even zip it so it ran very small. I emialed them the very next day because there is no number to call stating what happened and that they can either send me a bigger size or a refund.

They emailed me a few days later stating that it was past the 7 day return policy and they can not do anything for me. This is so horrible that all they care about is gettingthe money and not about the quality of there products and making the customer happy.

Stay away

Should have researched this. Horrible fabric and design that looks nothing like the picture!!!! Several sizes larger then it was supposed to be and overall hideous. Immediately initiated return. Will not accept. Also told to give to a friend or sell locally. I would never pawn this ugly thing on anyone!!!!!

Fake Photos

The pictures of the clothes they sell are stock photos, not photos of the merchandise they actually purvey. This cheap Chinese company - despite their phony Regent Street address - attempts to create imitations of designer clothes and then sells them at knockoff prices. That's why they say everything is "made to order," because they will attempt to make a fake version when you order it (but it will look NOTHING like the photo)!

Scam Artists

I bought a wedding dress with a big tulle mermaid skirt and it came in the smallest box you can imagine. I thought for sure there couldn't be a wedding dress in it but there was, however the dress did not look anything like the blurry but glamorous picture online. Their return policy requires you to first contact them via their website to get a "Product Return" form. They will never respond to you nor provide this form (that's the scam). I can't simply send the package back because it's by courier from China, so I am not disputing the purchase through my credit card company. I should have known better as I looked at hundreds of their items and every single review of every single item was a 5-star review. (How could that possibly be???)

Saw the prices of their dresses and thought that’s not too bad-so I went to order and saw that they offer custom sizing! Sweet! So I put in my custom order-an extra twenty bucks- no problem. Paid for dress via PayPal so if there were any problems they would take care of it. Got an email from LaLaMira saying they couldn’t make my size. I went back and forth because my size request was within the size menu they had. So because time was of the essence, I told them to send a larger size and I would have it altered. Just ship it as soon as you can. Well, happy it arrived in time, but it was the wrong color and it had a six foot train. I ordered a wedding dress apparently.

Advised the company of the error and was told they would not take it back and to sell it to someone here. I was not offered an apology, an exchange for the correct color (which is what I wanted) or a refund.

I was told that I should consider a color being different online and that it was unfair for them to take responsibility. What?!!? I attempted to get a refund through PayPal who told me to send the dress back and when I found out it would cost me an additional $75 to send this to China, I figured it was best for me to keep it as who knows if I would have actually received my refund from this shady company. So I have a cheaply made wedding dress that I hope will be of use to someone someday... lol... Do NOT buy from this company-do your research like I should have done! lol

I reported the problem to the company in LESS THAN 7 days, and I was told to submit photos of the "problem." You cannot submit a photo of a "wrong size", nor can you photograph poor quality manufacturing & poor quality materials. I was told "You cannot return the item, as the problem is YOUR fault." (I've kept every piece of correspondence from the company to vouch for my experience). After TELLING them I was going to return it UNUSED, UNWORN, TAGS ON, AND IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING - the response was "ok, well we can refund you 40% of the order price, but you will also have to pay for customs and tariff charges, and that may result in a zero refund."

After I received that message, I continued to receive very HARASSING emails regarding the return, including one that said "Just give the dress to a friend, or do whatever with it. We won't accept it. And if you try - we will charge you AGAIN." That is verbatim what was said. The owner, and the customer service "reps" are all fraudulent. I am pusuing further assistance with this case. And for the record - the policy online says (at best), "the company must be notified in a week or less, to request a refund." That too is a lie, and very deceptive.

I contacted the company who is now trying to give me the run around about the dress. I would appreciate some help. I paid through PayPal and will probably have to go to my bank to dispute this next. I have a copy of my receipt.

I purchased a flower girl dress and the dress that arrived was not as pictured on the internet. The top piece was a super thin material and the three flowers along the waist hung down so that you could not even see them, only the stitching behind them. The only nice thing I can say about the dress is that it fits well.

After multiple email attempts to return the dress, their last response was "There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is not possible." Wow I thought, "acceptable"?? Yes "acceptable" is exactly what I was going for when looking for a flower girl dress. "Unfair" to them. They have an interesting spin on the word "customer service".

Lalamira.com is a RIP OFF!!!! the dresses may look nice online but it isnt what you expect in person. My dress came out so thick, it mite of been like 6 pounds of just cloth and i also had a defect on the bow that goes around the stomach. I told the rep the situation and she said that her tailor are experienced and they would never make such a mistake and that it was caused by me. Then she told me to go to a tailor and fix the problem with them when i shouldnt have to do that if i already just spent about 200 on the dress. The end of all this was that she told me

like WHATTT THE HELLL!! i have never in my life of buying something from online have seen something like this before. I dont know if this is a joke or shes for real. all i gotta say is at this point i dont even care so much about the money as i do with her bad attitude and her trying to RIP a person off. This wedsite and this company needs to be shut down because this isnt right...

i will never be back for anything on this wedsite. i will also make sure i spread the word about the bad service i got from them. I just cant believe this horrible horrible horrible sevice everyone!! dont say i didnt say.

This website is a total scam! Do not buy from this site, they don't honor returns and the dresses do not look as they are pictured.

The dress I bought looks completely different than the picture. It's like an antique tan with white lace, there's no shine or shimmer to it whatsoever and it looks poor quality. There are 2 huge saucer sized bulky stalk white pads permanently sewn into the breast area of the dress in front of the tan slip, so they show right through the see thru tulle. Why!?! They look ridiculous and make the dress look deformed! I cannot tell if the dress in the site picture has any type of front pads, but I can guarantee if they do, they look nothing like what I received. Their response to the dress not being wearable is that they disagree and it's unfair to blame them as the dress looks good enough. My friends an family were so shocked at dresses appeareance that the nicest response I received was from a freind that said, "maybe we can try to fix it."

The customer service for the site is pathetic. I was insulted multiple times by a very rude representative telling me they will not honor my return, I need to be "patient" and use "common sense" that dresses will look different than pictured, and that I should give the dress to a friend or sell it locally in lieu of refund.

Do not deal with this Lala Mira! I am in an active dispute with PayPal.
