I spoke with Dave Harrson, apparntly the owner of the company, several times before making the decision to try their product. He told me that it would do everything I needed for my Dealer Management Software. He told me that he would give me a big discount if I paid for the year. He assured me the I would be happy and would stand behind the product. Well, we tried to get the software to work for me"approx. 4 months", but, couldn't get the intergration with my other products that he promised would intergrate. On top of that and this could be on my end, was a lag time between key strokes. I have DSL and really never had that problem with any other company though. I was clearly disappointed and all I asked for was a pro-rated refund of my annual payment, I spoke with different associates there, "because once he new I wasn't happy he would not speak too me anymore" about about a refund of around $600 or about 8 months pro-rated refund which I thought was reasonable. I gave his company $1074.60 on 01/25/2017 and to date have not received any response from him at all.
