Anyone looking for an apartment in Leander, Cedar Park area stay clear of this place. Let’s start off with the staff. They are shady, discriminate and violate the fair housing act, use unfair business practices and finds ways to steal your money.
Case in point, applied for an apartment I was told it would be ready in a week and a half. During that time with the application, they found numerous ways to doddle, and waste my time and money. It seemed like every other day I would have to supply more and more paperwork to get accepted. Really?? In total I had to supply 4 months of pay stubs, my income tax return, and numerous affidavits for this and that.
First of all I am not a criminal. I have a clean record, Never had to supply so much BS paperwork for a rental. 2nd I am not buying a d**n home, I'm renting and it’s not that complicated to screen people. I have a wife that's disabled and a special needs child and this, my friends is how you get treated at the lovely leasing office. They smile to your face as they reach around the back and steal your money.
After the umpteenth time of my application getting kicked back, I just wanted to move on and find somewhere else to go. I wanted my deposit back. They refused. Why? Because they didn't officially deny me. How long does it take to get me in an apartment? How long does one have to wait legitimately? Its been 3 weeks really??? And they are not holding a d**n thing for me so what am I paying for???
Now were on to phone games were calls are not returned and if you take it further you will find more of that at the top of Capstone Realty. Do not rent here. Do not even stop in to check it out there is a reason the star rating is as low as it is. You will be sorry and you will be robbed.
