My husband requested samples of anti-aging serum and moisturiser and I believe, gave his PayPal account for postage. He received one pot of moisturizer, presumed to be a sample (as yet unused) followed with two consignments of products (containing one pot of anti-aging serum and one pot of moisturizer) at a charge of $129.99 and $199.95 USD respectively. (A total of $435.48 Aus$).
There is no way we retirees can afford purchases of this magnitude. We are very concerned that as each consignment record states '6 bottles' -we will receive furrther charges along with possible further ongoing consignments. I have requested refunds for both consignments and a return address for postage. I note that there are similar complaints registered.
