La Maison Furnishings policy is to make the full payment one day before the delivery date. As you can see below, it has been almost an entire month and only 1 bedroom set has been delivered. The sales person does not call to tell us the delivery date. We have to call and ask for it and go in person to enquire. Tons of excuses from problem with shipment to break down in the truck. If you search online for all the complaints from the different websites, you will see similar complaints. We asked for a refund and the sales person will not give us our money back.
I feel stupid for not checking their ratings before making so many purchases. I did not agree to this one month delay. La Maison Furnishings does not even deserve a one star rating.

They called and offer for free delivery coz' of their delay. but when product is finished, they called and ask I have to come to pick up, there is no free delivery?????? I asked why they keep changing their words like that, They said they didnt say about that. Lierrrrr. And they even dont care to say: "that is how they are doing their business". What kind of business are you!!!!!! .......Then I paid for the shipping fee, and what i received is they keep delaying the shipping again with many reason ofcourse. It takes around 1 month until now. Never come back here again!!!!!! And i suggest you do not either!!!!!!!! terrible experience!!!!!!
The driver of the delivery truck smashed into my mothers railing and broke the ceramic tile underneath the post and damaged the railing. They said they'd send someone to fix it a wee later no one showed up. I went to the store and they said they sent someone which is a lie because my mother was home all day. And if someone had shown up they could have proceeded with the work regardless because it is outside. They are denying responsibility and giving my elderly mother run around. She and I and the whole family have suffered tremendous stress because of these awful, malicious people. While we were in the store there were 2 customers there who were also experiencing issues with them. Stay away as these people are in business for the wrong reasons. You will have nothing but issues here. Islam asked for their business licence number and they wouldn't give it to me. They have no intention on fixing what they damaged. Awful people with no sense of how to run a business. An F with the BBB.
