Ugh! What a scam! Beware, buyer beware!!
They have people in turqoise shirts standing everywhere selling tickets, and they are total hustlers! And boy did I get hustled!
I paid $200 cash to go out with them. The sales guy sold me on all this amazing stuff, which totally wasn't true. The sales guy came out with us and I confronted him and he got really defensive and blurted out that he doesn't make any money unless he sells- so basically telling me to back off cause he needs to eat and pay rent... how is that my problem? So that is why he pushed so hard and oversold me. And I found out that other people on the vegas strip crawl paid less than I did and bought their tickets the exact same way that I did. WTH. I confronted the guy about that too and he was a jerk saying there are no refunds- he wouldn't even talk to me, just shut me down with 'no refunds!'. I found out that they get half of what they sell so of course they are going to try to get as much money out of me and my friends as possible! Is this company so cheap that they can't pay them like minimum wage or something so that they won't overcharge and oversell the public? What a scam.
Cause I was defintely oversold, sold on the fact that this was going to be an "epic night out". More like an epic fail!
People were actually turned away from the clubs because they weren't hot enough or weren't dressed hot enough, even though they were fine and they were dressed fine. What is the point of being with them and paying to be with them if people are going to get turned away. And the girl that got turned away started crying because she felt like that was the bouncer telling her she was ugly. And epic didn't do anything about it. They didn't jump in trying to help, or trying to negotiate with the bouncer. They didn't offer her a refund or a partial refund, or try to get her and her group into somewhere else. So wrong. And of course, the rest of the group around me is now nervous and stressed that we aren't going to be able to get in because we were told that we were guaranteed entrance and now we see that that isn't true.
We were told that it included drinks, whatever drinks we wanted, but that wasn't true. Just trying to get our money. The only place there were drinks was at the first two places which weren't even clubs. And we didn't get to choose. We were given whatever the place wanted to give us. So we still had to pay for drinks. And drinks are expensive.
The 'games' were stupid. I didn't spend this money to play frat party beer games. I bought this to go to clubs. I'm in vegas on vacation- and I want to go to clubs and be clubbing!
They don't return calls and emails timely at all. And they don't want to hear complaints. They aren't helpful at all on the phone. They offered no resolution.
Total false advertisement. Totally misleading. Way overpriced. They won't give partial refunds even though they are wrong. Don't pay cash, cause they won't give you your money back.
All I have to say is Run you see this company approach you on the Vegas Strip!! Took almost 200 dollars of my money for a pub crawl tour that they couldn't deliver on. The sales person promised by drink of choice at the first stop and when we got there we were not able to get the beer we like. They had it but it wasn't on the pub crawls plan! I immediately found the onsite manager and told her we didn't sign up for this if we couldn't get our drink of choice and specifically asked this question. Second stop, the stop with the pitchers of beer and beer pong.. ya that was one pitcher of beer across 50 people and the beer pong cups were dry. Again we could not get the drink we wanted and had to purchase our cocktail. The two VIP club access was promised. First one we got into and the second we were told we could not get into due to our shoes and we were told to go buy some shoes!! Three out of the 4 things we were promised as patrons couldn't be delivered or acted on as promised on that on street sales pitch so I called immediately the next day in addition to expressing my concern Immediately that first stop that night and NO ONE called me back for 5 days! Ive been home for 5 days! The owner Peter spent more time defending why he thinks his company was justified in charging me $180.00 for 1 drink I didn't want and one club. He made thousands upon thousands that weekend and every weekend in 3 states and instead of doing right by his customers and rectifying an instance of an unsatisfied customer he rather fight someone he raked over the coals over $180.00. Ill be filing a small claims against this company out of the simple fact that companies like this should not be able to get away with doing this to people. If you want to enjoy a night out in Vegas, LA or anywhere else you are better off taking your 180.00 and going it alone. WOW, and I thought I was too old to get scammed!. Learn something new everyday. I just hope this helps the next person.
