4 weeks ago I read an ad on what I thought was the on lone version of Hello Ca magazine. I agreed to buy a ample of a face cream for $4.99. As soon as I entered my bank info. they immediately added 2 other cremes for a total of 29.99. There was no way to change or cancel the order, it went straight through my bank.
Today, I get 2 email confirmation for cremes which I did not order. I DID NOT order anything from them, except for the first $4.99 4 weeks ago. These 2 new orders were for $99.79 and $109.79 and have already been put through my bank.
I have emailed them - o answer, I have phoned- only a busy signal
I was also fooled. All other things I have ordered on the internet and I buy a lot off the internet , but never have come across this . It stated free trial , charging shipping, only now I have a 87 dollar charge to my account. As for Doctor Oz I wonder if he was in on it to. I am very upset set, there is no excuse for this , La Creme had to know this would happer, they are theives, but it is the American way...
I was waiting for a trial sample of the La Crème. I did receive a package, but, I was charged $87.00. I called the company and was answered by an answering machine. I told them to not charge me again and I wanted a refund on the package. I told them the parcel had not been opened and I was returning it. I called them again and spoke with a live person. I was told there was no refunds. I asked for a supervisor. He said there are no supervisors. This ordeal is so familiar with another product that was advertised on the Dr. Oz web site. I sent for a sample that I never received. But, I received a package and I looked on my bank statement online and I was charge $199.00, When I called them (3 times) I was told there are no refunds, nor a supervisor. I still have the package (unopened) This product I'm referring too is: Forskolin. It is suppose to be a fat burner to lose weight while taking these. I do know that each item was dealt with by Asian descent people. Narcy Outlook Washington
