I have heard previous bad reports from this company, but unfortunately it is one of the only companies that carries peruvian products. As it happens with most monopolies with no competition, their customer service is awful. I ordered some products from the store that were never delivred. I asked for my money back but, obviously, there was a negative response to that (with a nasty email that I can gladly attach). Even though the website said that the product was "delivered" I never received anything. I checked with the delivery service and they knew nothing about the products. After asking around with other clients that were scammed they told me that this lady never actually delivers anything in full, it is actually part of her MO to charge for the products and then claim there was "a mistake" in the delivery service and not take responsibility. She has been making money by ripping people off and the least I could is expose her scam. I am pleading to any other clients who have scammed in the same way to come forward and expose this company.
