I placed a trial order for an eye serum for a total of $4.95 s&h. In order to check out they would add another product that you could not say yay or nay to. Then, again they told you to "click again to checkout" . At the end, they had in fine print that you would be charged $89.95 a month thereafter.
I called immediately after and cancelled my order. Both people I spoke to gave me a Cancellation Confirmation number and told me there would be No charges. However, before the last two were charged, my bank called and I explained it was fraud. They informed me that the first order was already authorized, but the other two were not, and they would Immediately block my card.
Then a week later all 3 charges showed up on my debit account. When I asked how they could do that when my card had already been blocked, the lady told me they could ask for an "exemption exception," which the Bank then allowed.
So now, I am out $49.61, with the possibility of having $89.95 taken out without my permission.
